Events of Criminal Case
Chantelle was called into the investigation when Jones and the player found a file at the murder scene with an illegible text written on it. After examination, the file was discovered to be a restraining order, filed by the victim, Rosie Gatewood, against Chantelle. When the team questioned her about it, Chantelle replied that she had only warned Rosie not to write her "filthy" book, since the victim, as claimed by Chantelle, was going to sully the noble history of the Pilgrims with her book just to make money.
Chantelle was interrogated a second time after the team managed to find a shredded paper in Geert De Haan's secret lair which, after being restored, turned out to be a Geert De Haan Society Card with Chantelle's name on it. The team quickly thought that maybe Chantelle killed Rosie to protect De Haan's image, since it was known that Geert had an affair with a prostitute named Harriet Gatewood, the victim's ancestor. Chantelle told the team that she was Geert's number one fan and that the members of the club practiced fencing and studied botany, which were Geert's favourite activities.
- Being 6 feet, 5 inches tall, Chantelle is the tallest female suspect in the game.
