|Full name||Dennis Brown|
|Appears in||Criminal Case|
|First appeared||Case #2: Corpse in a Garden (s1)|
Dennis is a 32-year-old bodyguard who has blue eyes and a long black ponytail. A 6-foot-tall man, he dons a full black suit with a red tie and a white shirt. Besides that, he has a missing tooth and sports a bandage on his left cheek.
Events of Criminal Case
Dennis said he had offered Ned his bodyguard services because the latter needed protection due to selling "crap" to a lot of people. When asked who would have killed Ned, Dennis suspected one of the people who lost their home in a mortgage trial. Those people's names were written in a list he'd torn to pieces. After retrieving it, Jones and the player inspected the list and found a certain Joe Stern's name on it – grounds for the duo to interrogate Joe and investigate his mini-market.
Dennis was ultimately found guilty after evidence proved him liable for the murder. During the moment of his arrest, Dennis angrily declared that the police team had nothing against him, but they proved that he tried to chop down his victim, and when it failed, Dennis attempted to burn the house down but fled when Dave Simmons arrived. Judge Hall did not need any reason as to why Dennis committed the crime because the evidence collected by the police team was enough to prove him guilty of the murder – grounds for a lifetime jail sentence for Dennis.
It was presumed that Dennis was paid to kill Ned by an unknown person. The police suspected the unknown person to be Tony Marconi, but could never prove it.
- In both his mugshot and "arrest" artworks, Dennis's bandage changes from brown to white in color.
- Dennis's hairstyle and skin tone appear to be slightly different in the mobile variant of Criminal Case (see image).
