Kitty Young was the killer of assistant Penny Farrell in Bone of Contention (Case #26 of The Conspiracy).

Kitty is a 32-year-old dog walker who has blonde hair dyed with pastel blue highlights and brown eyes. She wears a pale blue and pastel blue sports top and a purple-white jacket with purple linings. She also wears golden coin earrings and sports pastel blue nail polish. Furthermore, she is seen holding some vegan dog treats. It is known that Kitty is a vegan, likes gardening and is a runner.

Events of Criminal Case
Kitty became a suspect after Gloria and the player found her business card in the victim's wallet. The team then asked her about the victim. Kitty said that Penny was not super wealthy and she needed Kitty to walk with her dog, Cupcake, due to her office job. When hearing that Penny was dead, Kitty said that she owed it to the victim to look after Cupcake after her death.
Kitty was spoken to again after Gloria and the player found out that she sent an angry note to the victim. Answering about this, Kitty said that she did not like Penny because she kept complaining about how Kitty treated her dog and hurt her professional pride. She also revealed that she was a professional dog walker with years of dog-training experience.
In the end, it was proven that Kitty was Penny's killer. After slipping up, Kitty admitted that she occasionally kidnapped dogs and waited for their owners to offer a reward before returning them in order to make more money. When Penny found out and confronted her about her modus operandi, they had a fight, ultimately ending with Kitty knocking Penny out and strangling her with a dog leash. Judge Powell sentenced her to 15 years in prison.

- In her mugshot and arrest photo, Kitty sports different earrings. This is most likely a developer oversight.
