Events of Criminal Case

When Jones and the player were searching the vagrant shelter (a homeless camp), they found a button inside a pile of dirt. After examining the button, they found someone's DNA on it. After analyzing the DNA, Alex told the team that it belonged to a certain Lennie Adams who had recently got out of jail after three years for the torture and sequestration of his wife. This made the team go talk to Lennie for knowing further details about the sadistic murder. Later, the team found sleeping pills in the homeless camp. After discovering that the sleeping pills belonged to Lennie, the team went to have another chat with him. Lennie said that he used to take sleeping pills because he found it hard to sleep after he got out of prison. When asked if he knew a certain Steve Wood (the victim), Lennie replied that Steve was his cellmate and that both of them hated each other.
