Lily Chén (Chn: 陈莉莉) was a suspect in the murder investigation of economics teaching assistant Gregory Lynn in Trick or Treat (Case #41 of The Conspiracy).

Lily is the 67-year-old owner of Spooky Den, a costume shop. She has mid-length gray hair under a purple and black witch hat with a stripe of gold glitter. She wears a maiden's dress with a black base and skirt, a lavender front and collar, orange and purple shoulder pieces and orange sleeves. Additionally, the dress is lined with gold glitter and the collar is fastened with a large gold clasp. Furthermore, she carries her black cat named Elvira in her arms. Elvira has a blue right eye, a yellow left eye, and sports a yellow collar with a pumpkin tag. It is known that Lily uses a spirit board and drinks Corpse Revivers.

Events of Criminal Case
Lily became a suspect after Mia Loukas spotted her fleeing the crime scene. After Gloria and the player tracked her down to a costume shop, she identified herself as the owner of the shop. When questioned, she explained that she had been invited to do tarot readings for the party, but had kept her shop open as well, hence her need to run back and forth between the locations. She was then informed of the murder, where she claimed that the victim had a particularly dark aura around him.
Lily was spoken to again about the death hex she put on the victim. She explained that the victim had asked her to teach him some dark magic. However, she overheard him telling his friends that her beliefs were ridiculous. In a rage, she cast the hex on him and left it to the mystical forces to punish the victim.
Lily was found to be innocent after the team incarcerated Adrian Lynn for Gregory's murder. She later helped Gloria and the player find a Captain Sombrero outfit for Carter Hayes.
