Events of Criminal Case

Nikolaos was first spoken to by the player and Jack after they found a note with his handwriting saying to meet with the victim. He was shocked at hearing of Demetrios' death, saying that he could not afford to die now with the country being broke. When asked if he met the victim last night, he said he was at the Ministry crunching the numbers the whole time.

Nikolaos had to be interrogated again after the team found a collection of articles about the victim, with a message from his advisor on it. He said the victim was more into wife swapping than credit swapping, and he had to give him some tough love. When Jack suggested he killed him to give him some tough love, he said he would have if the victim stayed in his office long enough and did not go out every night to party.

After the team found enough evidence of him killing the finance minister, Nikolaos admitted he held Demetrios responsible for Greece's financial chaos and so he stabbed the finance minister with a dagger. Judge Adaku sentenced Nikolaos to 30 years in prison for the murder.
