Events of Criminal Case

Robert became a suspect after the player and Jack found the bobble head he gave to the victim. When informed of Kelly's death, he was shocked saying she was doing wonders for the movement with her interviews, saying she practically became the face of the movement. According to him, Wolf News was the only network that would give him and his movement fair coverage; and that the other networks would try to convince people America would not be great without the Unified Nations. But Robert was convinced that America did not need anybody to be great, but Jack decided to cut it short before he rambled on.

Robert was interrogated again about the victim's smashed award with his footprint on it. He explained they had an argument, that the victim was letting the attention get to her head, and that she acted like she was the star of the movement. However, Robert told them the movement was his, and he told Kelly as much and stomped on her award to put her back in her place. When Jack suggested he killed her because of it, Robert said it was preposterous he would kill her and subsequently ruin his career.

Later, Robert showed up at The Great Coffe Seed Café, claiming that USStay was responsible for Kelly's death and they were after him next. Jack and the player went there to stop him before journalists caught wind of it, and Robert refused to go peacefully. In the end, Jack decided to take Robert into custody so he could calm down.

In the end, Robert was found innocent after the team incarcerated Virginia Purnell for Kelly's murder. But he was spoken to again about his conversations with Erin Bryant of O.M. MediLab, who had been proven to have links to SOMBRA. He immediately suspected they were trying to undermine the movement by discrediting one of their sponsors, who he believed was legitimate. He refused to say anything about his meetings beyond that they were at The Great Coffee Seed Café, so Jack and the player decided to investigate that after they released Robert from custody.
