Events of Criminal Case
Rosa was first interrogated by the player and Frank after analyzing a piñata sent to her by the victim. When asked about the money sent to her, she went on to explain how when she moved here she was not holding up so well. However, her brother sent her large amounts of money to help support her. She was told not to ask about it, that he would worry about it and she should be grateful.
After the team investigated border control again, they found an illegal immigrant report filed against the victim. Further analysis revealed that it was Rosa that filed the report. Her reasoning was because the victim wanted to do his meth business full-time, and because he sent her money, she had to work for him. Having made a life on her own she did not want to risk her reputation, she then filed the report hoping that her brother would never find out it was her.
Rosa was innocent when Timothy Chubbles was found guilty of grand manslaughter, and did not need any further help following the incarceration.
