Sarah is an 8-year-old student at the Grimsborough Elementary School, and the daughter of Dennis and Janice Mills. She has green eyes and medium straight brown hair which has a red bow on the top. She wears a blue dress with small flowers pattern on it. It is known that Sarah owns a teddy bear and is asthmatic and diabetic.

Events of Criminal Case
Sarah happened to meet Jones and the player when they finished investigating her room and found a torn photo, which they then pieced back together. Sarah told the team that one day her favorite photo of "her Reeree" was torn apart. The team politely asked Sarah that they needed to talk to her parents, but Sarah told the team that the couple went to a therapist and was told to remain in the house until they came back. Jones started to suspect Dennis and Janice after the conversation with Sarah.
When the team investigated the elementary school classroom a second time, Sarah begged the officers not to arrest her because she feared she did something wrong. Sarah told the team she borrowed her parents' rare teddy bears for the class's "Show & Tell", knowing Jenny Honeycomb loved teddy bears. The team wanted to know why Sarah was in the crime scene, and Sarah wanted to know if the hamster was okay, and the team investigated the classroom once more to find sawdust on the hamster's cage.
Grace mentioned to the team upon confirmation of Sarah's child scissors as the murder weapon that Sarah suffered from a type of diabetes that prevented her from eating sugar under any circumstances, meaning the killer, not Sarah, used the scissors to slay Irina, which proved to be true at the climax of the investigation when Sarah and her parents were found innocent. The Mills would eventually resolve their differences to become a functional family once more at the end of the case's Additional Investigation.
