Events of Criminal Case

Sharon found herself in the red when Amy and the player found a torn portrait restored which was a drawing from an artist known as "V.K.", which meant Vanessa Kimmel. The player matched the drawing on the police database to confirm it was Sharon Kimmel. The team did not hesitate to grill Sharon about her daughter.

Sharon was displeased when the team approached her about her daughter's death because Vanessa despised her own mother for not offering her an affluent life, but was surprised when she found out her daughter worked in a brothel as a prostitute who would do anything for money, angering Sharon as she felt her daughter ruined the Kimmel name by working as a prostitute.

Sharon was interrogated a second time when the team found a half-torn newspaper article at the burning brothel confirming Vanessa to have attacked her own mother with a glass bottle. Sharon accused Vanessa of misery after she divorced her husband years ago. Sharon and her new beau were fishing but when Vanessa found out her mother wanted to find a new husband, Vanessa attacked Sharon with a glass bottle. Fortunately Sharon survived but had to live forever with a scarred face--but she felt that murder was not the solution to Vanessa's hostility, though.

Amy lambasted Sharon moments after Erikah Mabayo's indictment because all Sharon wanted to do was to erase any memory of Vanessa for the life of her. Amy told her to keep the pendant, making Sharon realize that the pendant was a reminder of the days Vanessa respected her and how Sharon treated Vanessa as a proper daughter. Sharon took time to thank PBPD for sending Erikah behind bars in spite of her mutual hatred with Vanessa.

  • In Sharon's mugshot, the stitch marks on her scar disappear and she wears a different shirt.
