Events of Criminal Case

Sue-Ellen was interrogated after finding a postcard she sent to the victim. She came to Paradise City to visit her granddaughter and see her dance. When asked by Frank Knight if she had actually saw Stacy dance, she said she did but did not expect what Stacy was doing. Sue-Ellen was surprised it was the provocative kind of dance, but conceded that everyone has to start somewhere. She was in shock when she heard of Stacy's murder, but was assured that the police would find and arrest her killer.

Frank and the player had to interrogate Sue-Ellen again after finding a family tree with Stacy's name crossed out. She crossed out Stacy not just because she became a stripper, but got married to Spencer Dickson without telling her grandmother about it. Sue-Ellen passed down her family ring to Stacy for her to wear it on her wedding day, but Sue-Ellen was not even invited. She wanted the ring back, and believed her granddaughter did not deserve any more of her sweetness.

Sue-Ellen was found to be innocent after the team arrested Jeremy Bowman. However, she came to the station because she overheard people discussing a heist. Frank believed it was just crazy talk, but Sue-Ellen was sure that she heard two men discussing putting together a heist at the wedding chapel. She suggested the player search the chapel themselves if they wanted to find any proof.
