Well, most users agree that it's the early 1900s and not the late 1890s, so I just go for it. Plus, if it was in the 1890s, this supports my point even more.
When you can replay the game in which the suspect in the past is killed in later cases (you may add some more):
1. Salvador Cordero is a suspect in the gang attack but then killed 2 cases later.
2. Becky Walden on the Ice Queen case is dead but you can still replay the derby case, having her alive.
In the crimescene for Drive, Swing, Die the grass that covered the victim was already grown, even though he was buried the night before. I mean, the grass could be fake but it looks like it hasn't been tampered with.
When people died in public places at daylight, like how does someone not see somebody trying to kill someone in some cases
