Events of Criminal Case[]
Virginia became a suspect after the player and Jack found her suitcase. She was waiting for her daughter to show her around Seattle, saying that she was so pleased about her becoming famous, despite not understanding what her job employs. When informed of her daughter's murder, she was saddened saying first her husband, and now her daughter.
Virginia was spoken to again regarding an invitation to her husband's funeral, which her daughter declined to go to. She said the victim was too busy with work to attend her father's funeral, which she was not that pleased by. She went on to say that back in her day, family came first, but as time went on she now feels that all women care about is their career.
Despite her feelings, Virginia was proven to be her daughter's killer. After denying involvement, Virginia admitted to the crime. Virginia could not stand when Kelly had left their home to work at the big city, leaving Virginia and her husband Hector heartbroken. When Kelly refused to attend to Hector's funeral after his death, Virginia had lost her temper, so she stabbed Kelly in the neck with a USNay pocket knife. Initially angry at Kelly and apathetic about her murder, she repented during the arrest when she realized that she had killed her own daughter. Judge Adaku ordered her to stay in a maximum security psychiatric hospital.
