Fan is a 45-year-old panda caretaker. He has short black hair and a bruise on his right cheek. He wears a panda costume with an access badge, a name tag, and a panda pin on the left side of his costume. It is known that Fan eats gong bao chicken.

Events of Criminal Case
Fan became a suspect after Jack and the player first finished investigating the panda reserve. When asked if he knew the victim, he said the name sounded familiar believing she came by to visit the pandas. Although, he said he was focusing more on the pandas than Jun, so he did not notice anything suspicious about her. Fan felt his work in the reserve was more important, and that he did not have time to look after tourists.
Fan was interrogated again after the team found a poster saying that the victim was banned from the reserve. He pointed out that the victim ended up hurting a baby panda, which made him furious. When Jack suggested he killed Jun because of what she did, Fan said he did not but he was not sorry for her death; plus he became fed up with people menacing the pandas.
Fan was found to be innocent after the team incarcerated Ellen Morowitz for Jun's murder. However, he was spoken to again by the player and Angela in order to convince April Douglas to return home and not stay with the pandas. Though he did not at first, Fan said to April that she was too young for the responsibility. Before they left, he offered April the chance to give a baby panda a hug, which she gladly took.
